He saw us through from beginning of sale to the final purchase with a friendly attitude and great sense of humor. This car provided a safe and dependable way to transport my family for the past few years. John was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features each model of every Honda and his genuine concern with getting me into the right fit for an affordable price is commendable. This weekend I purchased a newer model, a 2017 Honda Accord and the process was fun and exciting. Tony Paterniti assisted us with John’s assistance as well, and they both made the experience quite pleasant. I got a great deal and a newer more updated way to transport my loved ones safely in style! Ronnie helped tremendously with breaking down all the numbers and got me set up with a great warranty, and the rest of the crew joined in to celebrate my special day as well!! One of the speakers was a little wonky and tony got me in for a conveniently timed service visit, with shuttle to the gym while they worked on my car. The go-to guy at Hendrick Honda Angel is just awesome. I have been dealing with him for a couple of years now. Whenever I need service, typically I will call him and let him know tha Angel is just awesome. I have been dealing with him for a couple of years now. Whenever I need service, typically I will call him and let him know that I am on the way and there is never an issue. He is always helpful, courteous and concerned for the safety of any vehicle in his care. I recall one time there was an issue with my vehicle which made it unsafe to drive. Angel called me. I was at work and unable to answer at the time. That did not detour Angel though he called me back repeatedly and leaving messages until he had fully explained the situation, that I would not be able to get my car because of it, that he would be able to provide me with a loaner vehicle, if I could get back to the service center before they closed and even asked if he could send an employee of Honda to pick me up to bring me to there. I was blown away. What had been a very trying day was salvaged by the service my Hendrick Honda and Angel in particular. More

Stated he sells crashed used cars and doesn’t tell customers because the manager stated to not tell the customer unless they ask for the car fax. Suggested to pay someone $500 to crash my car to get rid of my negative equity and come back. More
