Initially, we had a very bad experience with a man named Alfred. He was very rude and nasty and we are surprised that you would have someone like this representing your dealership. It all started when we to Alfred. He was very rude and nasty and we are surprised that you would have someone like this representing your dealership. It all started when we told our salesman (Al Bruno) we had to leave due to our infant son getting very "cranky". He went in to let his manager know the customers couldn't wait any longer for a trade appraisal. Alfred walked out and said "whats up with you people, I thought you were here to buy a car?". When I responded that we had been waiting two hours to get a trade value on our van and that we didn't think it should take so long, he responded "yeah, maybe in your world in shouldn't take so long". After a few more abusive comments from Alfred, my wife and I decided it was time to leave. Our salesman Al Bruno called my cell a few minuted later to apologize for his managers behavior and asked if we would come back. I told him that after being treated like that we didn't think so. Al called me again a couple days later and again, asked what he could do to earn our business. Due to Al Bruno being such a gentleman and going out of his way to help with the entire process in general, we did come back and buy a new Odyssey. And although I would reccomend Al Bruno for the great job he did, I would be very apprehensive in reccomending your dealership knowing this Alfred is still working there. More
Max was great,we went in to look around while my car was being serviced and I walked out with a new car. The service definitely met my expectations,everyone had a warm smile and had good conversation withou being serviced and I walked out with a new car. My husband leased a Fit from Max last year and the experience was so positive that when my lease expired on my Nissan Murano, I emailed Max about a CRV. For over a week, he was super responsive through an email correspondence, which I really appreciated because most dealers will not quote prices via email. When I did make it into the dealer to drive the car, he was knowledgeable and proactive without being too aggressive. Between Max and the Manager (who's name I missed) I got a fantastic deal on a CRV - complete with navigation system, which was a great bonus. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family - this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

Went in to buy a used car but couldn't come close enough on price. Two phone calls later, we agreed to price and a to close the transaction on Saturday, May 29. Spoke to the salesman on Thursday, May 27 to confirm price and time to meet. Called on Saturday on the way to the dealer to confirm price. Got there and began paper work. Salesman showed me the final price on the sales paper and began getting insurance, drivers license, etc. Salesman said he had to take the car to the car wash prior to delivery. Five minutes later the slimey sales manager walks in with a repair bill from his shop for $1500 for repairs to the car. He stated that he couldn't sell the car to me at the agreed to price and I would have to come up with an additional $1500. Sleazy. Honda. More
We were passed off from one salesperson to the next, trting to reach agreement on Accord. Took our keys (for the trade-in) and had a hard time getting them back after failinmg to reach a deal. Braman Lake Worth much better, more professional and honest, and has a large, efficiant service dept. I live in Deerfield, but don't mind driving 30 extra miles for integrity. More
