We purchased a new CRV on Saturday from Mark Buchanan. We had worked out the deal via email, so I was a bit skepitical that everything would be just as it was supposed to be once we got there. Jay Brown was very knowledgeable about all of the Honda vehicles I was interested in test driving. He was very patient and had an intelligent answer for each of the questions I had, even when he had to rep vehicles I was interested in test driving. I contacted the dealership via instant message from the website when I saw a vehicle I was interested in. Eddie Westmoreland picked up the conversation. I described what I was looking for and within 24 hours had a down payment from me. I told him specifically my price range and what I was wanted in my new car and how much I wanted for my trade in value. He never once tried to "swindle" me. All he said was that he would do what it took to make it happen and another 24 hours later I was driving it home. The best part about it was that I bought this car before I ever rode in it or really even seeing it. That's how reliable and trustworthy I found this dealership to be. Yes there is a lot of paperwork and forms to fill out; but Mike was courteous, professional and friendly giving me the details and the required information. Customer care is the order of the day at this dealership starting when you call their 800 number. All the paperwork was completed and indicators were posted for my son to sign.
