The Pilot I bought was my 4th Honda and 5th car all together. This is the 4th dealership I have worked with and BY FAR the most friendly and most helpful. EVERY member there greated me with a smile. It's rare to see that level. of hospitality anywhere. I contacted the dealership via instant message from the website when I saw a vehicle I was interested in. Eddie Westmoreland picked up the conversation. I described what I was looking for and within 24 hours had a down payment from me. I told him specifically my price range and what I was wanted in my new car and how much I wanted for my trade in value. He never once tried to "swindle" me. All he said was that he would do what it took to make it happen and another 24 hours later I was driving it home. The best part about it was that I bought this car before I ever rode in it or really even seeing it. That's how reliable and trustworthy I found this dealership to be. He told me that after this I would never want to go to another dealership and he was 100% right!!! This is my Honda family and I will recommened them to everyone I know that is in the market to buy. 100% satisfied, right down to business/finance department. We bought TWO cars from James Conley in the past two weeks. He was there for us with any questions we had and offered any and all information about the cars we were looking at. I came into Honda Cars of Hickory looking to buy a used Accord, but nothing quite fit. Jay was very patient he continued to look for cars he thought I may be interested in, coming in on his day off hoping Accord, but nothing quite fit. After looking around the lot I fell in love with a black 2012 Civic EX. I didn't think it was even possible to get a deal worked out with a price and payment I was comfortable with, but Jay was determined (more so than myself) that I was going home in that car. He goes against all car salemen stereotypes. He made the car buying experience (something I was very afraid of) unstressful. It was a pleasure working with him, although I felt he was working for me.
