Jay Brown and Brian McDaniel are exceptional sales men. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door and they worked a fabulous deal I could not pass up. I had been to Honda of Concord and their sa knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door and they worked a fabulous deal I could not pass up. I had been to Honda of Concord and their sales team and management was not able to get to a price that I the customer needed so I made a trip from Harrisburg NC to Honda of Hickory. Jay met me at the door I told him what I wanted and he was able to find me the exact car I was looking for. Jay and his team was also able to work a deal that came a few cents below the monthly payment number I needed to have. The deal was done in about 2 hours. Jay had a Honda Civic brought to Hickory and had the accessories added the next day. He made arrangements to have the Civic delivered to me that same day. Brian McDaniel delivered the car to me in Harrisburg! Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service! Jay was also able to assist me over the phone to set up by blue tooth phone to the cars radio system. Jays has keep in touch with me this past week and has provided excellent follow up and customer service. I believe this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will defiantly come back to Honda of Hickory in the future and will be telling all my friends about my experience. I hope I get to work with Jay Brown and Brian McDaniel again in the future. Jay Brown was very knowledgeable about all of the Honda vehicles I was interested in test driving. He was very patient and had an intelligent answer for each of the questions I had, even when he had to rep vehicles I was interested in test driving.
