I went to Hendrick to buy a used Honda Accord. My son had talked to Mark Buchanan about this for me. When I got there he said he could put me in a new Accord with all options I wanted in my price range. had talked to Mark Buchanan about this for me. He did not pressure me in any way. This was the first time that I was at ease with buying a car and getting more than I ever imagined. Well, i have always like Toyotas. But my daughter starting looking up the Honda Places. She was very impressed. She started telling us about them, and my husband, said lets go. well i was shocked starting looking up the Honda Places. She was very impressed. She started telling us about them, and my husband, said lets go. well i was shocked, we have been married 30 years and probably 20 years or more we had Toyotas. We were very impressed with the Civic Honda. Plus we had Jay Brown and he was a very nice guy. He talked to us, and explained things to us. My husband is a very impatient person. But he was very impressed with the Honda place and with Jay. So we went home with a brand new Honda Civic. I love my Civic. So does my husband. He brags about yall, and we have done sent my sister up there and she also was very impressed and she also went home with a brand new Honda Civic. My daugther did get a Civic hybrid, but in Jacksonville where they live. Everybody at the Honda place was exceptionally friendly, plus, we went up with my sister, and they remembered us and came up and talked to us. Made us feel very welcomed. We also went around with a new guy named Derek, he ws working with Jay, and He took care of my sister. My husband and I and my sister are very pleased, and we have showed our Civic off to everybody. thanks for the great experience. most of time, when we would go to the Toyota place, I dreaded it, cause my husband would get aggreviated, plus we had bad dealing with the Toyota people. So i was glad to get away from Toyota. I would recommend yall to anybody, and i would definitely send them to Jay Brown. Thanks again. More

Jay Brown and Brian McDaniel are exceptional sales men. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door and they worked a fabulous deal I could not pass up. I had been to Honda of Concord and their sa knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door and they worked a fabulous deal I could not pass up. I had been to Honda of Concord and their sales team and management was not able to get to a price that I the customer needed so I made a trip from Harrisburg NC to Honda of Hickory. Jay met me at the door I told him what I wanted and he was able to find me the exact car I was looking for. Jay and his team was also able to work a deal that came a few cents below the monthly payment number I needed to have. The deal was done in about 2 hours. Jay had a Honda Civic brought to Hickory and had the accessories added the next day. He made arrangements to have the Civic delivered to me that same day. Brian McDaniel delivered the car to me in Harrisburg! Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service! Jay was also able to assist me over the phone to set up by blue tooth phone to the cars radio system. Jays has keep in touch with me this past week and has provided excellent follow up and customer service. I believe this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will defiantly come back to Honda of Hickory in the future and will be telling all my friends about my experience. I hope I get to work with Jay Brown and Brian McDaniel again in the future. These are the type of people that can really make a difference to the buying public. I would rate them both a 10 More

I ended up taking that new car back 4 times for service, Then I went to Honda, Jay showed me the car and recommond several others, he took the time to explain all the deatails of the car to me, they let me take it home over night so drive to make sure it was the car I REALLY wanted, the next day when I took the car back they did not pressure me into buying it,they even said they would be fine if I didn't purchase the car, They gave me very fair trade vaule for my other car, Now I have a car a love and a dealer I can trust and that means everything, THANK you Jay for working so well with me.
