The CR-V is our 20th Honda we've purchased for ourselves or other family members since the mid-80s, and Mark and Honda of Hickory made it a top notch experience throughout. Price was great as well! Grace was very thorough and enjoyable to deal with during the Finance portion of the sale. She took her time to explain every detail and made a lenghty process very efficient and fun. Rick McClure was hands down the best car salesman I've ever met. He was patient while I drove 3 different vehicles and made sure I know EVERYTHING about the cars. It was a rather long process since I had to drive home to get the money and my trade-in car, but he was just a kind as could be.. he even let me drive the new car home to pick up the old one! After returning to the dealership he met me outside, smiling face and all. Before going in to sign all of the official papers, he told me about some great sales they had going on for oil changes and what not (to make sure I got an amazing deal) and told me to make sure I asked about it. Bottom line, if you need a new car you should go to Hendrick Honda of Hickory and ask for rick. I promise, it's worth the drive. Just as a side note, I almost drove to Raleigh, NC to get the car I wanted but instead had a change of heart and went to Hickory. I drove onto the lot and there was the EXACT same car in better condition. They'll have the perfect car for you.. :) More

I went to Hendrick to buy a used Honda Accord. My son had talked to Mark Buchanan about this for me. When I got there he said he could put me in a new Accord with all options I wanted in my price range. had talked to Mark Buchanan about this for me. Well, i have always like Toyotas. But my daughter starting looking up the Honda Places. She was very impressed. She started telling us about them, and my husband, said lets go. well i was shocked starting looking up the Honda Places. She was very impressed. She started telling us about them, and my husband, said lets go. well i was shocked, we have been married 30 years and probably 20 years or more we had Toyotas. We were very impressed with the Civic Honda. Plus we had Jay Brown and he was a very nice guy. He talked to us, and explained things to us. My husband is a very impatient person. But he was very impressed with the Honda place and with Jay. So we went home with a brand new Honda Civic. I love my Civic. So does my husband. He brags about yall, and we have done sent my sister up there and she also was very impressed and she also went home with a brand new Honda Civic. My daugther did get a Civic hybrid, but in Jacksonville where they live. Everybody at the Honda place was exceptionally friendly, plus, we went up with my sister, and they remembered us and came up and talked to us. Made us feel very welcomed. We also went around with a new guy named Derek, he ws working with Jay, and He took care of my sister. My husband and I and my sister are very pleased, and we have showed our Civic off to everybody. thanks for the great experience. most of time, when we would go to the Toyota place, I dreaded it, cause my husband would get aggreviated, plus we had bad dealing with the Toyota people.
