We have always been able to depend on Brian to get us a good deal on vehicles. This was my third visit to Honda with a noise when driving at excess speeds in my 2009 Honda Civic. Darryl Watson kept me informed and never in the dark about where in the process my car was at throughout the morning. The lady at the desk gave me some marvelous cookies as I had not had breakfast. The coffee was exceptional and I enjoyed a few cups! The technician,"Kou" , would not quit until he found my problem and even had a master technician go with him on the road to diagnosis the cars problem. After 2 previous attempts, Kou found the problem!. The reason I travel to Hickory and not the 4.2 miles from my home to the other Honda Dealership is directly because of folks like Darryl and Kou. I buy all my Civics from Hendrick Honda and love the service and the kind,caring, professional attitude. Many, many thanks! Great Job!! More

Brought my wife's 2009 CRV, purchased elsewhere, in for service, and were blown away by the friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond. My wife work the 7 PM to 7 AM shift, so usually takes ca for service, and were blown away by the friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond. My wife work the 7 PM to 7 AM shift, so usually takes car in after getting off work. They go out of their way to get it done quickly so she can get home to bed. When there has been any delay they have offered a loaner, or had the courtesy shuttle take her home, 40 miles. We also recently bought our daughter a 2003 Accord, and they have shown the same type of service. More
