Most dealerships in charlotte treated us like another number and had little time to talk with us on the vehicle we wanted. My wife and are young and I think most dealerships didn't think we were serious about buying the car. Zachary Cannon at Hendrick Honda Hickory was the first salesman that treated us with the utmost respect. Zach did not have the car on the lot that we wanted but he was able to find one and get it to the dealership in less than a week. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. New 2015 Accord I've owned 3 previous Hondas and had good experiences with all so the Honda brand was a plus to me. However, dealing with Mark Buchanan at Hendrick H I've owned 3 previous Hondas and had good experiences with all so the Honda brand was a plus to me. However, dealing with Mark Buchanan at Hendrick Honda in Hickory was a terrific experience. I went prepared with a price and they met it with no questions asked. It was MORE than a fair price. Mark was knowledgeable and one thing I appreciated was that he did not do the old "hard sell. I went in on Tuesday and told him I wanted to think about it. Of course, I contacted other dealerships and none could come close to meeting Hendrick's price. I called Mark on Thursday, let him know I was coming in and to get the paperwork ready. All went relatively smoothly. I expect that Honda #4 will live up to its predecessors. (Note: the Accord I traded was a 99 with 217000 miles on it. Still running strong. I just wanted a new one!) More
