Most dealerships in charlotte treated us like another number and had little time to talk with us on the vehicle we wanted. My wife and are young and I think most dealerships didn't think we were serious about buying the car. Zachary Cannon at Hendrick Honda Hickory was the first salesman that treated us with the utmost respect. Zach did not have the car on the lot that we wanted but he was able to find one and get it to the dealership in less than a week. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Michael was very helpful with questions I had. I asked to buff out a small scratch and as minor as it was, they had no problem getting right on it. Cleaned car it appears both inside and out :-).
