Outstanding Service! We have had our 2012 Honda Pilot since it was bought new in the summer of 2013. I knew Jeremy Phillips from when he worked with another company that I purchased goods from when I was working. He was always an outstanding supplier and a person I could trust to give me his best products at a good price. For this reason, I had an opportunity to purchase three Honda Pilots for senior management at my company from Honda Cars of Hickory from Jeremy. He offer me the best pricing over other Honda dealers in the area. My wife and I decided that we want to move from a Caravan to an SUV and since we had previously own a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, she wanted to go back to another Jeep. However, our son has been driving Honda Ridge Line, which now has nearly 400,000 miles on it and it has been a great vehicle. We wanted to go to the Pilot. We can truly say this was a great move, and Honda Cars of Hickory has always treat us GREAT!!!! Thank you for explaining everything you do, and always treating us so well even after nearly three years since we purchased our car. The Service Department has always gone the extra mile to treat us great. Jonathan Benfield was very friendly, was easy to talk to and very, very honest. Easy to get along with, and went out of his way to make me feel a part of the staff, actually after talking to other personal at Hendrick I felt I was family. I had an appointment for 11:30AM and arrived at 11:35AM; I called ahead and said I was running about 5 minutes late. It took over an hour to perform the required service and I just feel that it should have been able to be completed in 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. It's possible that the lunch hour may have had an impact on the time frame. I've always had a pleasant experience dealing with Honda of Hickory and will continue to get my vehicle serviced here.
