Joshua Huffman, service department - maintenance visit I purchased my Honda Civic spring of this year. I brought the car into the service department yesterday for an oil change. I made an appointment to bring in my car...I pulled up, the garage door opened, I pulled the car in...and the service began promptly! I appreciated NOT having to get out of my car, walk into the building, to notify the service department that I had arrived. The waiting area as pleasant, coffee was available, internet was available, yeah! Service was great. The whole service deal took around 40 minutes...and, my car was ready and was CLEAN! They had washed my car!! So nice to begin the work week with a clean car! ...I am not accustomed to such service! I will definitely be bringing my car back. Thank you, Joshua Huffman! More

Pleasure doing business with I had a chat early in the morning of Oct. 9 2015 when I found a 2013 Honda CR-V on line. After contacting the dealership, Andy Courtney called me bac I had a chat early in the morning of Oct. 9 2015 when I found a 2013 Honda CR-V on line. After contacting the dealership, Andy Courtney called me back and worked with me on setting up a time to drive it. Since we were about 2 and 1/2 hours away we wanted to make sure it was there. He assured me the car would be there until we got there. Man of his word...... made us feel very welcome and even gave us the vehicle to drive around for a while. We made a trade and Patrick Greene, Financial Manager, was also very good to us. Walked us through the whole deal and when we left we were very impressed with the way we were treated and still are. We didn't have to do a thing but drive the vehicle home and turn in the old tag. We are so glad we went there and the way we were served by the people we got. Thanks for everything! More

By following the recommended maintenance schedules, my Pilot has been problem-free. This has been the most reliable and problem-free vehicle I have ever owned. Any work performed on my vehicle is completed correctly; I never had to return for any adjustments. While waiting for my vehicle throughout the years, I found that people from surrounding towns (100+ miles away) will bring their vehicle to Hendrick Honda Hickory because of the people and the excellent service provided by this dealership. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will purchase from Hendrick Honda. More
