I especially like dealing with Steven Gouge in Hickory's service department. He is a winner...super nice, super knowledgeable and always has a courtesy car and driver to take you to where ever while your vehicle is being serviced...excellent every time I have been in there ... He did let me know that the 60k checkup would take about two hours and wanted to know if they could take me somewhere. I decided to wait and enjoy the grear popcorn and catch up on some reading. The young lady at the service center made sure we had what we would need. Lest than two hours I was on my way. He really knows the product and showed us how the features of the Odyssey could help make our lives easier. He gave us space to discuss pricing and options and worked with us based upon our family's budget.
