Excellent service from Service Adviser & Knowledgeable Tech I took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and it's annual inspection. Talked to Wes Boyles, my service adviser, and was asking if I should have the more extensive service done but I was heading to the mountains of Virginia that day, I waited in the very comfortable waiting area (every amenity you could think of - except TV a bit too loud for most people) -the young lady who continually came by to check on everyone deserves kudos too! - She was very outgoing, pleasant and eager to help if she could The tech wound up finding major issues w/my brakes and 2 tires (I had a feeling about the brakes)- and ended up having more service than anticipated.. Wes was great at keeping me informed - explaining everything and WHY - and letting me know that it should be done BEFORE the trip - not after. Turns out - I wasn't supposed to go on that trip - my ears had been hurting - went to the doctor (thx to Honda's shuttle svc) and was grounded from driving for several days (vertigo). Thanks to Wes for convincing me to stay and have the service - (**w/family you have to have an excuse not to visit). Wes is super friendly, extremely patient (I tested it (his patience) - so I know)!, and very thorough and fair. Very happy with my experience and have referred several people to ask for Wes when they're due for service. THANKS, HONDA -- (plus, now I want a new Accord - finally got a courtesy car and really loved it!) *Honda might want to add a few more to their fleet - they did seem to be very under-stocked in that category - that was my one frustration - went 3 days w/out a car until I finally asked enough (I guess). They even offered financing arrangements that were better than what I had prearranged. Patrick Greene, the Finance Manager, explained the Hendrick Autoguard suite of options in a clear and concise manner. I never felt pressured and chose some options I had never opted for at any other dealership. I am looking forward to servicing my CRV at Hendrick Honda Hickory. More

A great shopping experience made less painful than past car shopping at other places. Patrick Greene was efficient in assisting with all the financial preparation and explained things clearly and in detail so we knew exactly what was taking place. We would highly recommend a trip to Hickory to shop for your next car. We certainly would make that trip. It was well worth the hour and half drive from Winston-Salem. Bought both new and only trust services at Honda Hickory and especially under the watchful eye of Darrell Watson. How much do we trust them. We drive 260 miles to get our car serviced there!. We live in Kinston NC (Eastern NC) and drive to Hickory to have our services performed there tried other Honda dealerships but found they did not measure up to the service I have come to expect out of a service department. I can trust Darrell Watson to tell me the truth on what we need to have done, he is respectful, courteous,honest,knowledgeable. Both of our cars have around 200,000 miles without any major problems, think that is a demonstration of what excellent service of a good product can mean.. Thank you Darrell Watson for making the task of servicing our cars hassle free, and as pleasant as servicing a car could be! More

Bluetooth I was receiving complaints that they heard static when they spoke to me in my car's Bluetooth. I brought the car in & had it inspected. They found a I was receiving complaints that they heard static when they spoke to me in my car's Bluetooth. I brought the car in & had it inspected. They found a defective mike & had to order the part. It was in the following day & they were able to solve my problem. The person I dealt with, Steve Gouge was professional, polite & friendly. I've spoken/dealt with Shawn Millsaps a couple of times and each time I have been treated cordially and professionally. A couple of years ago one of the dealership's service tech's saw me pulled to curb in front of dealership with flat tire and came out to assist with changing tire. The experience was fantastic, Joey Lankford was very helpful through out the process. By time, we arrived at the dealership, he had the vehicle cleaned and ready for pickup. We had an initial conversation with Joey and his Manager before visiting the dealership, and they delivered everything that was promised. In addition to that, they were very helpful during the financing the car. All the process was very quick, and we were never under pressure during the sale and the entire process. They even agreed to deliver the car to Charlotte. I would definitely recommend checking this dealership, before you make a decision for the purchase of a Honda in and around Charlotte. More
