Horrible I was passed off from sales person to sales person. Went in knowing what I wanted (because I looked online first) and was pushed into a car that was n I was passed off from sales person to sales person. They were not very understanding of my situations instead they were border line harassing. I will never go there again and will never refer anyone to go there. More

Starting of a bad/good experience! I had picked two cars in my price range off the website that I wanted to look at, that were in my price range. I arrived at the car dealership of Hend I had picked two cars in my price range off the website that I wanted to look at, that were in my price range. I arrived at the car dealership of Hendrick Honda of Hickory where I was met by Robert Brydon. We test drove both vehicles where I preferred the Chevy Impala 06'. We begun paper work on it of course. I was ecstatic the I was finally getting a great looking vehicle. I drove it home and came back in the next day to show proof of income etc., where I was informed after three long hours I wasn't going to be able to find approval. Obviously I was a little perturbed by this so, my daughter and I retrieved my possessions out of the car and called a cab after a few choice words, not very long after I got to my home I received a call from Robert that they had found a loan for me. He then offered to come pick me up to finalize the paper work. I arrived at the dealership and was taken care of quickly and efficiently by Robert and Mr. Greene.
