Of all of the dealerships I visited, I received the best treatment at Hendrick Honda of Hickory. HHH is a friendly place with many helpful employees; however, the very best is Alan Absher. Alan answered all of my questions and concerns without a heavy pressured sales pitch. I did not feel that he was taking advantage of my inexperience. I especially appreciate the follow-up from HHH--they seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. In addition, HHH has created a new "delivery" position. It really makes a difference when someone's job is to help the customer learn to operate the new Honda.! Drema Beaver was excellent as well as extremely patient. She spent an hour teaching me how to use the many features of my HR-V. My last car was a Toyota Rav-4. Once the Toyota deal was completed, I was out the door with no idea how to operate the car. HHH has solved this problem. I knew that I was not keeping Drema from other duties or from making a sale. This time, I left the dealership feeling more confident about driving home.
