Simply amazing I could not have been more pleased. They become like family and I do not like to see good ones go away. Broke my heart when John Deal left the company. When you have good people you need to keep them. It shakes our faith in your company. They keep me up to standards on what my car needs and do the work in a timely manner. Being alone I need a group I can trust to keep my car running as well as possible. Extra: The only group I have had problems with are the used car sales people. I do not like the way we were taken care of when my son came in to buy a Honda CRV. Maybe that is why he bought a new Toyota Camry this week. Also why my friend went to Mooresville to get her Honda last year. I have tried to deal with them on a car for a few years now and have been disappointed.
