Over priced floormats Found a 2015 hr-v loved it but on the extra sticker it had 499 for floor mats ,499 for trunk mat ,199 for nitro in tires ,199 for lug locks that wher Found a 2015 hr-v loved it but on the extra sticker it had 499 for floor mats ,499 for trunk mat ,199 for nitro in tires ,199 for lug locks that where not even on the car....1400 for extras that you can get from the honda web site for .150 for floor mats. 150 for trunk mat. 50 for lug locks and nitro is 7 a tire thats less than 500.. They said they would take of half of the 1400 ....geeez ,To make a long story short.Hammered a deal out {i thought} went to sign papers and numders did not ad up sooo back to the drawing board and tried to hammer some more. it came down to 400 or set of rain guards and i gave in alot to try to close the deal ,, instead we walk over you charging 1400 for bull..told him i would take it if they would just take of the extras .Refused LOL also told me they had another offer on the car even showed it to me .it was less than my offer .gave me 20 min to decide ..2 days later they call me back.lowered it 200 2 weeks later car still there............might want to change sales abit More

There were no price markups or anything else after showing up to the dealer, the price was honest and complete that was negotiated over the phone. More
Excellent Service I recently visited Hendrick Honda in Hickory. I took wiht me paperwork from where I had just a technical problem with my vehicle diagnosed. Hector Lopez was the person that I worked with. hector took the information that I provided him, had the technicians run their own tests to compare and diagnosed the problem. Since it was late on Friday afternoon and a part had to be ordered, I was told that the work could be completed on the following Monday. Hector offered me a car to drive over the weekend. He was very thorough, and professional. I picked my SUVr up on Monday evening around 6:45. The vehicle had not only been serviced, but had been vacuumed and washed. Hector walked me to my vehicle, opened the door, told me to have a great evening and to come back in the future. When I arrived home, I noticed that some items from the back floor board were missing. I just figured that they had been removed during the cleaning. I called Hector on Tuesday morning. The detail people had not arrived, but Hector checked himself and found the items. He told me that he would keep them at his station until I could return to Hickory to pick them up. I was highly pleased with my service and would recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone that wants to receive great personal service. Thank you. More

Routine Service I took my car in for it's regular service job...change oil...check for problems on 2/24/16. We had been looking at trading my wife's 2009 CRV on a CRV touring for a while now, and just hadn't found the color, Coppoer Sunset, that we were look We had been looking at trading my wife's 2009 CRV on a CRV touring for a while now, and just hadn't found the color, Coppoer Sunset, that we were looking for. Ran across Honda's finance deal, at the same time the exact color and model we wanted showed up on their lot. That fact my wife and both daughters have their Honda's serviced here made it a no brainer. My wife alled Mark Buchanan, who she had spoken to previously, asked him to verify the car was actually on the lot. When he called back to say it was, she asked him to work up some rough numbers on our trade, and the price of the new CRV. When we arrived Mark indicated that he was waiting on the numbers and asked if we would like him to bring the car up for our inspection. After giving the car a once over we sat down to look at the numbers. After some discussions we came to agreement we were both happy with and purchased the car. I would definitely recommend Honda of Hickory, and Mark Buchanan, to anyone looking to buy a car. More
