Service department and service department management is the worst . They will not do the right thing . They try to get out the cheapest way possible. They do not care about there customers they only car is the worst . They will not do the right thing . They try to get out the cheapest way possible. They do not care about there customers they only care about themselves and how to get out the easiest . I've bought 3 cars from them and every car has been an issue trying to get it taken care of and they've all been under warranty. I will never buy another car from Hendrick Honda and I will never send friends or family or anyone for that fact to buy a car from this place. More

Used Vehicle Purchase I was passing through Hickory on business, but had seen a truck they had for sale. I stopped by the dealership, met Mel Tuttle, drove the truck and wi I was passing through Hickory on business, but had seen a truck they had for sale. I stopped by the dealership, met Mel Tuttle, drove the truck and within an hour I was back on my business trip and had purchased the truck. I assumed I would have to return to Hickory from Charlotte to pick up my new truck, nope.... Mel delivered it literally to my front door at 6:30 that same night. I am most pleased. He also new the products well and was happy to answer every question I had no matter how ridiculous and offered an honest opinion when asked. I would highly recommend Phillip to my own mother. Not once did I experience a bit of pushiness from anyone from Phillip to the finance manager Bryan. Every step of the way I felt a sense of mutual trust and a willingness on the dealerships part to help me make the best decision. Not to mention I also received an extremely Fair and Just deal.
