Great Experience as usual. My wife and daughter took our 2016 CRV in for service on their way back from visiting colleges. Darryl got them in and out quickly, with no drama. They always ask for Darryl, and he takes excellent care of them. If anything out of the ordinary comes up he explains everything to them. I highly reccomend Hendrick Hickory, and especially Darryl. Looking for a new car I came by searching for a used car and the sales rep. that I dealt with was not helpful at all. I told him my price range and what I was looking for, I came by searching for a used car and the sales rep. that I dealt with was not helpful at all. I told him my price range and what I was looking for, I even showed him some pictures from the site of the cars that I wanted to see. He seemed incredibly annoyed by my price range and kept saying "we don't have that car here" when the cars I pointed out were in view! After I finally asked "well do you have anything that you suggest I look at?" He replied "not even close to your price range" and walked away. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointed based considering other reviews are so good for this place. More
