However, I feel that both Kelly and Shaun were very upfront, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt as though Kelly really advocated for me in gaining what I consider a fair price for my trade in and getting the best deal possible for my new ride! Shaun was exceptionally patient in describing all the options and being upfront about finances. Villy was great about teaching me some of the pertinent things for operating this new (much more technologically advanced) vehicle.
