Salesman Brian Rutherford ROCKS!! My salesman was Brian Rutherford. He was Awesome!! He never once did any high pressure selling. He showed me every feature on the car I was looking at. He even took the time to program my phone into the car. He took his time with me and didn't try to rush me into a quick decision. He worked for me to get me the best deal possible and the most for my trade-in. I will recommend him to all my friends shopping for a new car. My experience in the end with the finance mgr however was somewhat different. I felt like he came off very arrogant!! He tried to guilt me into buying the warranty package. When I refused it, he then tried to make me feel like I was stupid or dumb for not purchasing it. He really needs to have a refresher course on customer service and how to treat a customer and not act so rude when he can't make the sale. At one point, he had angered me so badly, I wanted to just get up and walk away from the entire purchase. The only reason I didn't do that, was because Brian had worked so hard to make me happy! Something this dealership should take away from this review is, when a customer says they are not interested, more than likely you are not going to change their minds and instead of trying to make them feel stupid, respect their choice and move on. I will end this review on a positive note!! I am very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend Brian Rutherford to be your next car salesman. I just can't say enough on how wonderful I was taken care of my him!!! More
