I am a 25 year old female and it can be difficult understanding all the ins-and-outs of cars. Bob sat down with me and talked in-depth about the choices of vehicles I had and everything he could do for my trade-in. I felt comfortable and right at home. I loved the way Bob wrote things out for me and I honestly felt like he 'had my back' in getting me the BEST deal possible.
