Professional, no "games", and best prices by far In our hunt to trade our vehicle for a new Ridgeline, I selected 4 dealers. All but Hendrick Hickory were the typical bait and switch succofants that make everyone hate car dealers. Don was direct but very personable, while being professional and straightforward. It was obvious that Don was working (and not scheming) to make the deal happen. Don's communications were clear and very timely. I received a very equitable amount for my trade and a very fair price for the new vehicle. I fully expected the typical games that we all have had to endure when it came finance time, however this was not the case. Once again the people involved were professional and the process was great.....and more like a normal business transaction, and not the typical car dealer finance games that are a full on insult to my intelligence. I do highly recommend Don and Hickory Honda.
