This is about a service done on July 20, 2021. I forgot to review it. It was my first service (oil change) in my new Honda Pilot 2020. My service rep was Shawn Millsaps. He has helped me wit I forgot to review it. It was my first service (oil change) in my new Honda Pilot 2020. My service rep was Shawn Millsaps. He has helped me with three Honda cars. I also drive a 2008 Honda Fit, and I just traded in my 2006 Honda Odyssey. Shawn is a very superior employee that any dealer would love to have working with him. I do my best to pick Shawn anytime I need advise. I even enjoy talking with him at the grocery when I am shopping for Christmas. More

First of all this is for the service department not the dealership and I’m only giving this one star because there wasn’t an option for 0. Do NOT let this dealership talk you into one of their maintenance dealership and I’m only giving this one star because there wasn’t an option for 0. Do NOT let this dealership talk you into one of their maintenance packages. I just spent an hour and a half waiting for an oil change!! That is 5 times longer than I have ever waited on an oil change before. And let me just say I had made and appointment, this was due to me just showing up at a busy time. They are supposed to wash your car too. But apparently that isn’t open today?!? What?? I guess I should be happy about that, probably would have taken 30 more minutes for that. I also have the clear coat coming off on one of my wheels which I was told they would fix under this package I purchased and now that isn’t true?!? When they finally brought my car around it took another 10 minutes before someone came to check me out - after they knew I was in a hurry!! More
