Lee is a no nonsense but professional salesman who is not afraid to go to the finance office and bat for the customer. It was a very quick transaction for us because my wife told Lee which vehicle she desired and the price she was willing to pay. Lee seemed to realize that she was not going to go back and forth, so he made the deal happen. The customer service was then matched by every single employee we came into contact. AMAZING! More

Maybe my 8th Honda from Hendrick in Hickory, and not my last I live in Raleigh, so buying a car in Hickory would seem like a hassle. Not so. I called J.R. and worked out numbers and financing over the phone in just a few minutes. When we arrived at the dealership, both vehicles we were looking at were ready to go - a Ridgeline and an Odyssey. We bought them both. We were back home in less time than it would have taken some other dealers to even give us a straight answer on the price. Don, Patrick and Jeremy were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I love this dealership, and can't wait to buy there again. More

I went in after work and about 2 hours or so later I got to drive my new car home that night. The next day we had to go back in and finalize everything and we didn't have to wait long too. Bob had everything ready as well as the financial mangers for me to sign all the paperwork. They had the car cleaned, filled up the gas, and the technology person went over all the features in the car with us. It was a great experience. If I ever decide to buy another car I would go back.
