Although we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, he treated us as if we were purchasing the most expensive car he had. When a problem was found with the a/c on the vehicle, the dealership fixed it at their cost before presenting it to us. Ridgeline Was in the market for a new truck and after extensive review on consumer reports and various other websites, narrowed it down to the 2017 Ridgeline an Was in the market for a new truck and after extensive review on consumer reports and various other websites, narrowed it down to the 2017 Ridgeline and either the 2016 or 2017 F150. I sent Rick a text message (I have known him since ~2009 when my 1990 Bronco died and I was in need of a used car) to set up a test drive. I had also purchased at Honda Accord from him in 2016 and had an excellent experience. Despite being on vacation, out of town, he made a few phone calls to set up a test drive. Worked with Mark Buchanan for the test drive and going over the features of the truck, which was extremely helpful. It was a no pressure environment to purchase then and there. After test driving a F150 at a local competitor and being pushed to purchase right after a minimal test drive, the decision was easy to go back to work with Rick on getting the Ridgeline. After further research of the trim levels, decided on the RTL-E (due to safety features) trim only to find out it is the most popular model making it hard to come by. They were unable to quote me a lead time to get one due to the popularity/demand. To get the needed safety features, decided on the Black Edition Ridgeline. After some paper work, credit checks, negotiations and the like, the deal was done. I don't have anything bad to say about these guys. They have all shown professionalism, patience with explaining the car buying process and prompt response to emails/texts. I have my car serviced there and have invested in the Honda Car Care Plans for extra piece of mind. As long as the excellence in customer care continues, I will continue to be a customer. More
