Great buying experience I originally researched the Honda Pilot Elite on the internet and then sent an E-mail to Hendrick Honda Hickory for an on line price quote. I receive I originally researched the Honda Pilot Elite on the internet and then sent an E-mail to Hendrick Honda Hickory for an on line price quote. I received an immediate response from Kedron Bullock requesting I call for an appointment. I wrote back saying I was looking for a price. Mark Morrow (new car sales manager) sent me an E-mail about an hour later with a price quote and again asking that I come in for a test drive. I finally made an appointment for the following Friday. Upon my arrival Mark came out immediately and introduced himself. From there he introduced us to Dean who took care of our test drive and he did an excellent job of describing all the instruments on the steering wheel and dash board. Once we sat down to talk price Mark came back and we did a little very amiable negotiating and within a short time agreed on a price for my trade-in and the bottom line for the Pilot. We then met Bryan who took care of the final paperwork for the transfer of our vehicle and registration of our Pilot. Meanwhile Kendron was prepping our new car and checking fluid levels etc. After providing payment for the Pilot Drema spent about 30 minutes with us setting up our Navigation and display system and again reviewing all the controls on the vehicle. My take away impression of Hendrick Honda Hickory is that they have a very professional staff and the buying experience is the best I have had yet. Considering this is the 11th new car I have purchased that is quite impressive. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new car especially a Honda. More

Service Hector Lopez lied about codes our car was throwing and picked and choose what they wanted to address based off either they made money. We took our car Hector Lopez lied about codes our car was throwing and picked and choose what they wanted to address based off either they made money. We took our car straight to another Honda dealership and they said they would replace the rings and pistons under factory warranty and that hickory Honda place deleted codes so we wouldn't see them just because they didn't want to fix it under warranty. Also Hector tried charging us for a oil pressure switch sensor and come to find out all it needed was oil change and light would go off. They said it was ridiculous to charge us for a sensor when they knew that. So they lied to us again. Also we had the car scanned before taking it to Hendrick just to see if they were going to be honest and they weren't. Hector tried telling us it only had one code and nothing else but we have proof before and after that another code was there. We, nor anyone we know will never be doing business with Hendrick again because of Hector lopez. Anyway we will be getting our car fixed right finally and all under warranty after having it at Hendrick Honda 3 times in 1 month time. They are very dishonest. More
