Ask for Joey He is the Man I called Joey from another dealership with a quote and he told me he would find me the exact ridgeline at a better price. I was skeptical, but decided I called Joey from another dealership with a quote and he told me he would find me the exact ridgeline at a better price. I was skeptical, but decided to go see Joey. He found me two exact matches in the trim I wanted and both the colors I requested. Then the best part, one was a $1000 less than the other dealership and one was $1500 cheaper! I choose the black over the deep scarlet pearl. that was it, he showed me the final out the door price he promised on paper and I was done. Signed a few papers and sent my paper work to finance and my ridgeline to get cleaned and full of gas. The finance guy very helpful, didn't pressure me but showed me all of my options. After the technology lady showed me how to work the many features. I was driving home. Best car buying experience EVER! Hendrick Honda of Hickory has changed for the better Thanks to Joey. More

Best Car Salesman in Hickory Mark is the best. Not at all pushy and works very hard to get you in the vehicle you want. This makes my 4th vehicle purchase with him. I highly rec Mark is the best. I guess they were too busy to say hello.. My wife and I spent 30 minutes in the showroom and looking at new accord's and civic's on the lot. Not one person acknowledged that we were there, sa My wife and I spent 30 minutes in the showroom and looking at new accord's and civic's on the lot. Not one person acknowledged that we were there, said hello or someone will be with you in a moment, nothing. To be fair most of the sales people were with customers but they were others who were not. One salesmen just sat at his desk and kept making eye contact but did not speak to us. I will be buying a new Honda this year but not sure I will go back to Hickory Honda. More

Service Department Can't Get It Right I had my car there four times for the same problem. After selling me a gas cap that I did not need and did not fix the problem they said I needed a " I had my car there four times for the same problem. After selling me a gas cap that I did not need and did not fix the problem they said I needed a "smoke test" for the emissions. They failed to do this when I took it back and waited several hours. I wasted time on my day off and had to bring it back again later. When they finally did do the test they wanted $450 just to pull the fuel tank and could not tell me how much it would cost to fix it. When we decided not to fix it they wanted $60 diagnostic fee but would waive it if we traded the car in with them on a new Honda. I am enjoying my new Nissan..... More

The service department is honest and cares about customers. Back in 2003, I purchased a Honda Element that I still have today and it has always been serviced here. I recently had a door lock replaced and I had issues with the door actuator afterwards. Jamie Swim took the time and effort to ensure that everything was done to have my Element repaired completely in a way that ensured I was happy to be a Honda customer.
