Buying a Honda from Marc Roland I purchased a used Honda from Hendrick Honda in Hickory. Marc Roland was my salesman and Nathan Harris handled the financing. I first visited the dealership on a Saturday. We went in about 30 minutes before Marc was scheduled to leave. He went ahead and lets us test drive the car even though it meant he would have to stay late on a Saturday. He stayed about an hour over and went over the numbers with us. We didn't come to an agreement, but Marc continued to check in with me for the next week. He answered all my questions and never once complained. Marc went back and forth to the finance office until he got the terms I wanted. This process took 10 days and Marc was continuously in touch via text message. I picked the car up today and the entire experience was pleasant. I never felt once pressured or rushed. Nathan Harris was extremely friendly and made sure I understood everything I signed. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market for a new or used car. More

Awesome dealership! I have own 7 Honda’s in my lifetime, with 6 of them bought new at Sanford Honda in Sanford, NC. I live in Western NC and drove to Sanford thinking Sanford Honda would give me a deal based on my loyalty but they were unwilling to negotiate on a used Honda Pilot. So on a whim, on my drive home, I stopped into Hendrick Honda in Hickory, NC. I was politely greeted by Jackson and he showed me the great prices they had on their used Pilots. Not only were they willing to negotiate, so I got the price to fit my budget, but it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! I was done and back on the road home in 1 1/2 hours in my like new/used 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L. They even allowed our pet dog in the showroom during the closing process!
