Will no longer be using Hendrick Honda of Hickory. I have bought multiple cars from them in the past and when I went back this past weekend to try and buy another, they were rude and insulting. They told me bought multiple cars from them in the past and when I went back this past weekend to try and buy another, they were rude and insulting. They told me that they were "scared of my trade" and that I needed to take my car and sell it to Carmax and then come back and buy their car. They were unwilling to work with us at all! The prices on their Dealer Add-ons are marked way up. For example they are charging $499 for a cargo tray, when it can be purchased from Honda for less than $100. They are not willing to work with a returning customer and I will not be back after being insulted. I took my business elsewhere. More
