DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. I bought a brand-new Honda Odyssey from this dealership and purchased a maintenance package for regular oil changes and tire rotations every 5,000 m I bought a brand-new Honda Odyssey from this dealership and purchased a maintenance package for regular oil changes and tire rotations every 5,000 miles up to 50,000 miles. I’ve only ever brought it here for service. During a recent visit, I suspected they weren’t rotating my tires, so I marked them discreetly. Sure enough, after service, all the marks were still in the same place—proving the tires weren’t touched. When I raised the issue, the service advisor gave me a poor excuse, and neither the service manager nor the GM has returned my calls. To make matters worse, they told me my tires (Bridgestone Turanza EL440s, rated for 50,000 miles) are “only good for 30,000 miles,” without asking or knowing any details about the tires. They offered a free tire rotation, but how can I trust them to do the work they’re supposed to? If you value honesty and basic professionalism, I highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. I feel like I was tricked with the overall trade I made with the salesman at the Hickory Honda dealership. The salesman was pricing without giving me anything in writing. I tought I was being charged 25,00 with the salesman at the Hickory Honda dealership. The salesman was pricing without giving me anything in writing. I tought I was being charged 25,000 for the used car I bought. It turned out this price included my trade in. It was never made clear to me until I signed the papers. They basically did not give me anything for my car. Looking back I regret never seeing the figures in writing instead of the slick way they handle things on computers and give you a computer back up stick. I'm 75 and I think they took advantage of my age. More

Bad experience with Hendrick Honda in Hickory ! !!! They tried to sell me a used car for the price of a new one!! Must I mention the used car had a lot of miles !!! I’ve been shopping with them for !!! They tried to sell me a used car for the price of a new one!! Must I mention the used car had a lot of miles !!! I’ve been shopping with them for years no late payments or anything but they wouldn’t work with me on a reasonable price for a used car !!! My credit is excellent! But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else from here on out !!! More
