Brought the CRV in for a recall issue on Tuesday. We used the online site to set up th appointment and got a confirmation email. We were expecting around an hour and a half so we were delighted to have it completed sooner! Great service from start to finish!!!! More

I understand the financiel end does take a while and that would be my only complaint. However, Marlene did make the time move along so I'm really I'm not complaing too strongly. Decided to buy a new CRV as my '98 CRV had been such a great car. Brad was easy to deal with, no pressure, answered my questions with ease..Joe didn't make me sit and go back and forth on price for hours great car. Did not have any issues with the dealer or the internet sales person, my price was already determined before I went to the dealership. The price for the Honda Odyssey was decent, but it could have been better; however, they matched the lowest price I was able to locate and acquire the vehicle within a couple of days. More

Found this vehicle on the internet, Debbie Rhoden was excellent. During the sales process things changed alittle. Talking between the salesperson(Debbie)and the sales manager,communication breaks down an excellent. During the sales process things changed alittle. After we agreed on the price and financing I came in to sign all the papers and pick up my vehicle. The numbers were different and there was a $299 doc fee added on. My offer was out the door. I did not argue about this because I wanted to keep the peace. When all was signed and finalized I got in the ridgeline and started driving home and noticed there was a quarter tank of gas in it. I had to stop and put $60 of gas in to fill it. I've purchased over 50 vehicles in my life and there has always been a full tank of gas in them. Service dept. couldn't be any better! Excellent work!! Any recommendation about this dealership will be a caution. Telling them to watch out for the sales numbers (bottom line number). The service dept. is excellent!! More
