We purchased a 2012 Honda Fit from Hendrick Honda in Easley this week. We learned about this dealership when Ms. Donnalee Acker responded to an Internet inquiry we had made regarding Fit pricing. Ms. Acker was very timely in answering the questions we had and she gave us a better price than our local Honda dealer. She sent us a quote for the car that listed all of the costs including the processing fee. She told us the car would be available within the week and it was. When we arrived at the dealership, the Fit was ready to go and looked great! We completed the purchase with Mr. Mark McKee and he also took the time to completely answer all of our questions. We were completely satisfied with our experience at Hendrick Honda and will definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
I am very pleased with dealing with Hendrick Honda on my 2nd purchase. I will say that customer service was the biggest reason for my 2nd return. From the first moment I drove into the service department the employees were very polite, friendly, and efficient. They explained completely the work that was going to be done and how long it would take (oil the employees were very polite, friendly, and efficient. They explained completely the work that was going to be done and how long it would take (oil change). The work was actually done quicker than I expected. I asked them to check my radio since it could not be turned off. After checking, the radio had to be replaced - under warranty. It took two days to receive the new radio. Except for a fine layer of dirt/dust on the arm rests and seats, the car was returned washed although not all road grime completely removed for the exterior. When I returned for the radio to be replaced, I had asked that the 6 month exterior sealant be applied and it was done. The car was completely cleaned, in-side and out. It looked great! More
This was my first maintenance visit for my new Pilot. Service was very thurough in checking out the problems I had. They were not able to fix the leak in the front seat height pump. The reason for my recent visit was the Recall on the tra and have always been very satisfied with the Customer Service received from that dealership. Rodney, and the two other gentlemen at the service desk have always been friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone. More

To Barb's credit she stuck with me thru thick and thin while my wife and i tried to make up our mind which HONDA we wanted to buy. We had narrowed our choices down to an Accord which we had driven since 1976 or a Pilot which we had never owned. This whole ordeal started in 2010 and then it got into 2011 and my wife still was undecided and time dragged on. From time to time i would touch base with Barb and she would throw #'s at me and we would hash them over. I finally told her if i ever bought a new HONDA i would buy it from her.That was eight months ago.Then in June a lady approached my wife about buying my 03 accord on a Wed. and we sold it to her on Friday. For two months we drove my truck as i contacted a few Honda dealers in my area but one thing kept nagging at me , which was i told Barbara i would buy a car from her. I called Barb and told her i was getting really close to buying a car but could she please give me some #'s before i did because of the promise i had made to her. She called me back with some figures and i told her we we $900 apart and she went back to her boss with 169 e-mails we had sent each other and as they say the rest is history and my wife is driving a 2012 sparking white HONDA PILOT and i owe it all to BARBARA CHAMNESS. She is a lady first and first class sales too.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I travel 30 miles to come to this car dealership. They have always treated me well and the prices are very reasonable. I bought my car there five years ago and I feel that I will continue to come back t have always treated me well and the prices are very reasonable.
