My family and I were on summer vacation in Sky Valley, Georgia. Driving in the Mts., I was experiencing a severe shimmey while braking in our Honda Odyssey. Needing to get it checked out, I called Hendrick Honda in Easley, S.C. We had heard great things from family and friends about this dealership and since we bought our van from the Hendrick dealership in Bradenton, Fl., it was very convienent. Called and set-up an appointment and asked if a shuttle was availble, which it was. Arrived at dealership, a little late, met by Rodney, explained the problem and a shuttle was immediately pulled around for us. Jacob (hopefully spelling his name right) was the young driver. What a pleasure, and seemad wise beyond his years. Very bright future he has. Took us to Greenville to check out movie times and options for lunch. Dropped us at a resturant close enough for us to walk back to movie theatre. Lunch, movie, family and a call for the return shuttle ride. A prompt pick-up by a differnt driver and I apologize, I don't remember his name, but an older gentleman, just as pleasant as Jacob, took us back to the dealership. Rodney had the work done, no charge, problem solved and back to Sky Valley, safely, we drove. I had 3 weeks vacation and can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant days I had. Billy and I agreed on a price for a 2012 honda crv on Saturday. I didnt hear back from him until Monday & he said he would start looking for my vehicle. By Thursday I still hadn't heard anything. I was Midettes first sell at the dealership and proud of it! A great young lady who made my day with a great car and trade-in experience! She quickly responded to my arrival, was very professional, knowledgeble and gave me the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.....I would recommedn this dealership over any to everyone, don't waste time at the others, these people have it going on, from the welcome through the finance and completion of the deal. Hendrick did not get this large by doing things wrong.....they have a great system in place and I for one appreciated the honesty, professionalism and service by all the staff I encountered. Hats off to Midette though....just a wonderful hard working young woman! More
Wow....after 3 months and 6 dealerships later, I found my perfect car, at the perfect price with perfect customer service. I knew it was out there, I just had to keep looking for it. Cant believe I found it in the small town of Easley, only 20 minutes from home! I have looked in NC, GA and TN! From the second I made the internet request, Mark Steinmetz provided the BEST costumer service I could ask for. Polite, professional and caring. Far more concerned about my needs than making another "deal". He even called me on his day off to give me the status of the car! Charlie Harris was efficient and reasonable with striking the right balance of fairness for both the dealership and myself. Mark McKee took extra time in explaining the warranty and financing. All in all, there are no complaints. NONE. I was treated with respect. As a woman I find that I am talked down to when I am trying to buy a car or strike a "deal". Not at Hendrick Honda! I will be back for my service and to buy other cars. I will totally recommend them! Thanks guys!!! More
I was not really wanting to buy a car on the day of my visit. I had already been to another Honda Dealership prior to this visit but the salesman was definitely not interested in selling a car. I had been looking at different cars but the Honda is far most the best looking and overall good auto. My saleman was Billy and he is absoulutely a joy to work with and knows his job. My hat also goes off to the Sales Manager and Finance. It was a great experience and I would recommend your dealership to everyone. I am loving my new car!!! Thank you everyone! More

This is the second Honda we have purchased from Henrick Honda and Debbie Rhoden in the past 12 months. The experience has made us customers for life. The most recent car, the Civic, which we bought this Honda and Debbie Rhoden in the past 12 months. The experience has made us customers for life. The most recent car, the Civic, which we bought this week, is fabulous. Its perfect for me, and while a smaller car (which I need) its has a surprising amount of space. I am a realtor and my clients fit very comfortably in the passenger seat and the back seats. The trunk is spacious and allows lots of room for FOR SALE signs and above all, the bells and whistles are the best. I would like to make one final comment. Debbie Rhoden is a gem, she works very hard to get us what we need, at the pricing we can afford, and spent a lot of time making sure I fit happily in my new Civic. She is a member of your staff that you can be proud of and deserves recognition. And the finance officer, Mark McKee was very concientious is helping us get the best deal possible and is also deserves recognition for his dedication to your customers. More
