The most recent visit my van needed a few repairs that were going to take a little more time than usual, so my 4 year old and I greatly appreciated the courtesy car offered to us so we could go about our day until it was ready. We feel heard, understood, and well taken care of from the phone call to schedule, all the way through working with the service employee until we leave a satisfied customer (twice now with Jamie). Accustomed to good service I have been taking my 2006 Odyssey to Hendrix Honda ever since I purchased it there in May 2006. During most of those times I have had excellent, fri I have been taking my 2006 Odyssey to Hendrix Honda ever since I purchased it there in May 2006. During most of those times I have had excellent, friendly service from Rodney Shirley such that I always ask for Rodney when I set up my appointment. The only time I have not used Rodney is when he was out at which times I had Amanda for a service adviser. She also did a fine job but I am comfortable with Rodney since he appears to know my car and remembers issues from the past. Should I purchase a new Honda I would certainly start with Hendrix in Easley. However, you have helped me maintain my Odyssey in such fine shape that I have no intention of trading in. It has almost 120k on it now and I plan to keep it to 200k if all goes well. Robert Hayward More
