Rodney Shirley, Service Advisor was able to diagnose the problem and give me a hassle free quote. His excellent customer service skills, product knowledge and expertise eliminated all my anxiousness. Once I arrived at the store, Rodney and all the service personnel were very friendly. I will be taking my vehicle back to this store for normal services and any need repairs. I urge anyone needing their vehicle serviced or repaired to contact Rodney and the other dealership personnel. They are EXCELLENT. More

A week of frustration and upset I took my car in for service and tires. I talked with Jamie Swim and he priced a set of Cooper tires for about $450. We discussed repairing my heater I took my car in for service and tires. I talked with Jamie Swim and he priced a set of Cooper tires for about $450. We discussed repairing my heater core, which had been leaking an antifreeze odor into the car. I also needed an oil change. They needed to keep the car because of the time involved in repairing the heater core. Jamie fixed us up with a loner car to drive until the next Friday, when we could get back to pick up my car. Meanwhile, I was approached by a salesman named David who said they had one last 2015 civic hybrid that had been greatly discounted. I looked at the car and liked the improvements I saw over my 2009 model. I told him what I felt I could do for payments and he said he'd work up and offer and call me. Well, he did call! On Monday, he called 3-4 times with an offer that would have allowed me very little for my car as a trade. I would have basically been buying the car and giving them my car...no good for me. David said I didn't understand the math! He also told me several things that had nothing to do with me getting a good deal on the car. He insulted my intelligence and upset me quite a bit. Later that afternoon, Jamie called me with a list of recommended service...a cooling system flush. I thought that would be included with the heater core repair, but it wasn't, $129. The tires were $60 more than he had quoted me because he didn't tell me there was a $15 charge per tire to mount them! I was upset! Not happy! Then he told me the charges for wiper replacement, valve adjustment, spark plugs...$1080 in addition to the tires and the warranty coverage of the heater core! Not at all what I was expecting! Along with the demeaning salesman, I was upset...not happy! I dreaded returning to pick up my car because I was afraid I might tell them what I thought about all this! When I reminded Jamie that he had not told me about the mounting charge. He began to dig through papers for the paper I signed to purchase the tires. When he found it, there was no added charge for mounting. He apologized and removed the charge from my bill. I still felt some of the other charges were very high...$172 for 8 spark plugs! But, I paid my bill, accepted his apology and took my car. Later that evening, Jamie called me again. He apologized again and said he'd give me a free oil change and car wash on my next visit. I thanked him and hung up. I've always kept my service up at this dealership and have always appreciated how they have treated me and the service they gave. But, apparently keeping good service on the car didn't add any value for me in the trade discussion. I will be much more watchful of my service in the future! More

Jamie Swim has made me feel very welcome while my car is brought in for servicing. He is very knowledgable about his job and communicates to me clearly on what type of service is recommend as well as what is required. Comments to Hendick Honda Management: I would like to express my Thanks to you for providing a friendly & knowledgable servicing staff. On another note- I would like for Honda management to review the "pricing" for routine maintenance. Just an observation that I have comparing you to the competition. That is why I'm giving 3 stars for "pricing"-which I would like to add- has nothing to do with quality I always receive from your servicing staff. Thank You, Sincerely Brad. P.S. The most recent visit my van needed a few repairs that were going to take a little more time than usual, so my 4 year old and I greatly appreciated the courtesy car offered to us so we could go about our day until it was ready. We feel heard, understood, and well taken care of from the phone call to schedule, all the way through working with the service employee until we leave a satisfied customer (twice now with Jamie). I recommend this dealership for both purchasing a car and servicing a car - thanks Hendrick Honda Easley! More
