Transparent Buying Process We recently purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from Hendrick Honda in Easley. Before making the purchase, we did extensive online research to locate the bes We recently purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from Hendrick Honda in Easley. Before making the purchase, we did extensive online research to locate the best deal on the exact model we wanted. Our search included Honda dealerships with a 200 miles radius of Easley, from Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg to Chattanooga, Atlanta and all points in between. We discovered that the best deal was at Hendrick in Easley. Some of the quotes from other dealers initially appeared to be lower, but what we discovered was there were all sorts of extra fees and dealer prep charges not included in their initial quotes. Some even used “List Price” rather than MSRP to make it appear they were discounting much more than they actually were. Hendrick was the ONLY dealership that disclosed all fees in their initial quote. Hendrick was totally transparent from start to finish – the price we were quoted was the price we paid, out the door. The Sales Associate we worked with, Jeff Biney, was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Jeff and Hendrick Honda. More
