Service & Purchase 2 New Cars I have been very pleased with all aspects of this dealer's facility, service, and personnel. Most recently I dealt with Cleo Brown in sales and Berna I have been very pleased with all aspects of this dealer's facility, service, and personnel. Most recently I dealt with Cleo Brown in sales and Bernard Winns, financial manager. Both were very cordial and helpful. Cleo showed me how to synchronize my cell phone to the HR-V and to use the cell phone's Google Maps app + the car's Android Auto to get a map display on the car display screen. More
horrible experience My daughter bought her first used car from this dealership and immediately had problems. After several weeks of discussion and diagnostics, the dealer My daughter bought her first used car from this dealership and immediately had problems. After several weeks of discussion and diagnostics, the dealership admitted the engine would need to be replaced in her car. (So much for an inspection before selling a used car...) Tonight she picked up her "repaired" car. It broke down as she pulled out of the dealership driveway. She was almost struck by oncoming traffic. Service department won't return our calls. Don't buy used cars from this dealership!!! #nightmare More

But I was a little disappointed in having to pay for the car. Both days that I was there I believe I waited over 30 minutes for them to come and get me so I could pay for the car. Reggie and the other gentleman in the finance department were very professional and new there joy very well. I would not hesitate to send my friends to this dealership. Very good experience.
