Rodney Shirley is my go to guy for service. I've purchased four Honda Odysseys in the past from Hendricks and Rodney has always been my contact. He's on top of things, checks for recalls, advises m purchased four Honda Odysseys in the past from Hendricks and Rodney has always been my contact. He's on top of things, checks for recalls, advises me of service needed beyond my initial request, and treats me courteously. His time and cost estimates are always accurate (we come up from Chapin to have all service performed and wait for the service to be completed). Hendrick Honda Easley is my first choice when buying a new car, and Rodney and the Service organization is an important part of that decision. More

None of the employees wear masks. They have a sign by service employee's desks saying to ask them to wear a mask if customers want them to, but Rodney treated me uncaringly and silently when I said all service employee's desks saying to ask them to wear a mask if customers want them to, but Rodney treated me uncaringly and silently when I said all employees should be masked. I brought my Ridgeline in for it's 15k check up a little early because I had a problem with one of my tires. Amanda McDaniel was my service advisor & she said let's go take a look at it. She saw the damage early because I had a problem with one of my tires. Amanda McDaniel was my service advisor & she said let's go take a look at it. She saw the damage & said ,"we will have to replace the tire, it can not be fixed. Do you have an extended service plan. I did not remember ,she said let's go look it up. when we did ,she said you do have the extended coverage plan ,we will replace the tire @ no charge. Tire was in stock, so it was taken care of. I really appreciate her looking into that when I wasn't sure if I had it or not. Found it in my paperwork when I got home. I told her I was having trouble finding what was covered on each maintenance visit on the computer sight. She gave me a brochure which states all services provided for each 5k maintenance. In my opinion, she went the extra steps to provide me with an excellence experience @ Hendrick Honda of Easley More
