Another Wonderful Experience I recently purchased my 3rd Certified used car from Hendrick. The first was 3 yrs ago. A VW Passat for my daughter and grandbaby. Rich Marchiafava was our sales consultant and and knew how precious the people in this car are to me. She has expanded her family and the car is still in excellent condition. #2 was for me and I was ready to splurge a bit. I called Rich and said I needed a car on steroids, as I'm reluctant to admit I was driving a PT Cruiser convertible. He directed me to their internet site for a gorgeous 2004 Infinity FX. I made a lunch appt the next day and love at first site. We took it out and put it through it's paces. I was concerned about age of vehicle but it only had 37K miles and was immaculate. The price was a lot lower than I expected so we started paperwork with my favorite sales manager Scott Sandman and I drove it home after work. Unfortunately after 2 yrs my pretty was totalled. No injuries. Within an hour of accident I called Rich and told him predicament. I said I wanted Luxury, Performance, Gas mileage. He again directed me to web site for look at a 2012 VW CC. In the mean time Scott was working up financials for me to use in insurance negotiations on my FX. These guys care! Again I purchased my "new" vehicle on lunch. And drove home after work. They are my "Go to Guys" They listen extremely well. I will not go elsewhere. More
