Great dealership, friendly staff. Had been researching the new 2016 Honda Accord Touring online. Knew this was the car we wanted. Went to another dealership to take a look. The salesman there asked what he could help us with and we told him the new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. He told us he didn't have one, that those High End cars are the last to make it in. Said he had a 2015, but we wanted the 2016. He then disappeared. We figured he went inside to find out when one would be in, the details, etc. He never returned! So we called Hendrick and spoke with Melissa who said they could handle it and they did. We had our new Honda in 5 days with the extras we ordered put on and ready to go. Pernell Engram was our salesman who immediately greeted us when we came in and let us take a test drive. Explained all the options on the car, was very personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone looking for either a new or used vehicle. Our experience was exceptional. More

I dive into the technical details and all aspects such as service and it is amazing how little most know. His manager (Robert Stuart) was easy to work with and we felt we did not get the runaround and fuzzy math we had at other dealers. I believe we received a fair price overall (perhaps we could have searched several additional dealers and doubled up our haggling efforts with each to save $2 - 300 more). The business manager (Andrew or Adam?) was easy to work with, explained everything well, and was very helpful in the titling. More

To Begin with, I could have gone to another Honda dealership, I have a good friend that encouraged me to see her friend who is the General Manager of To Begin with, I could have gone to another Honda dealership, I have a good friend that encouraged me to see her friend who is the General Manager of another Honda Dealership; however, before I knew this, I had inquired about a Honda CRV with Hendrick Honda. The first thing I liked is that I chose a vehicle of interest on the website and not more than 10 minutes later, I received an email from a sales associate, Tony Bradford. He gave me an estimated price on the vehicle which was approximately $2000 less than what the price was showing online, he also sent me other similar vehicles that I might have been interested in and what their approximate cost would be. Even though I could have gone to a "friend of a friend", I felt that I should give Hendrick Honda a chance after all my initial experience was good! I didn't regret going to Hendrick. I went to see Tony Bradford, but because he was busy with another client, he introduced me to his fellow associate, Justin Becker. Justin was full of information about the car I was looking at and he was very easy to work with. I told him the payment I needed to be around and he worked hard to get me where I needed to be. After working with Justin, he took me to see Brittany Aiscowitz in the finance department. She was equally as pleasant to work with.
