Everyone I dealt with was great, even when I was a bit skeptical since it was my first real car purchase, they still treated me with respect. My salesman was Pierre Sainvil, he's the person that made me want to do this, he was excellent in every aspect of the word. He kept calm, and was willing to answer questions honestly. Also, he wasn't pushy but you could tell he takes pride in his job and wants the best for his customers.They also worked with me greatly on the financing aspect of the purchase.He was also a great employee but I can't recall his name. The manager was also very helpful and takes pride in what he sells! Highly recommended! More

Best car buying experience After dealing with Brandon Honda, and leaving there completely disgusted, I decided I would try the Employee Auto Buying program. It linked me up with After dealing with Brandon Honda, and leaving there completely disgusted, I decided I would try the Employee Auto Buying program. It linked me up with 3 dealerships, Regal Honda, Honda in Winter Haven, and Hendrick Honda. I was called immediately after they opened by Tito Sabino. I did not want to really put much of an effort into this because driving from Brandon to Bradenton was out of the question, but I figured I would entertain Tito with my expectations. Tito took all of my information, including doing a rough estimate for my current car over the phone. I wasn't expecting much out of that because of the experience I had the day before. In less than 5 minutes Tito calls me back with a number even lower than what I had planned. I didn't believe him for one minute, but he broke everything down over the phone with the final out of door pricing. I believe I called him back probably 5 times trying to find the "Hidden Fees" but he steadily insisted there were none, and that was the final price out of door. I agreed to come in later that day, still with doubts in my head, but agreeing to come in. About 11:30 A.M I call him back asking about getting the pricing for windows tinted, and he gave me the price. I asked him if I could get the windows tinted before I pick the car up that day. Tito Sabino made a call, and was able to get the car in the same day. I arrive at the dealership, and see my car sitting right there ready to go. He brings me the offer sheet 5 minutes to us arriving there, and we sign with the SAME NUMBERS as before. I was completely shell shocked as I signed the papers, and before I knew it the car was getting detailed and I was signing the final paperwork. I have dealt with many dealerships before, but this one really stands out above all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking to purchase a Honda because of how good the experience was there. More

Kaylin at Hendrick Honda is awesome I did my research and decided to purchase a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring Edition. I knew my price range and how I wanted to handle the transaction. I sent the same email to Venice Honda, Wilde Honda of Sarasota, and Hendrick Honda. I received a curt and snotty response from Venice. Wilde Honda explained that my price range was too low and made me an offer. After some texting, a phone call, and maybe one more email, Melissa at Hendrick made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. Kaylin Stapchuk handled the transaction in the most perfect, professional, and awesome manner possible. She had no issues dealing with my late hours and she was willing to work around my erratic schedule. When I met with the finance manager, she mentioned that Hendrick buys cars, any car. I had a car that I considered selling on craigslist. This was so much easier. Kaylin handled this transaction in the most painless fashion imaginable.
