Made Buying A Car...Easy And Fun!!! I've been to several other dealerships in the past before and its always been such a nightmare with xxxxxxx sales people filling my head with lies and I've been to several other dealerships in the past before and its always been such a nightmare with xxxxxxx sales people filling my head with lies and pressuring me into a car I didn't even want. Kaylin Stapchuk from Hendrick Honda made my experience wonderful, kind of like a day at Disney with a VIP pass.. Since the first time I stopped by looking for an Honda Civic Si 9th gen she did her best to get me the exact model I was looking for but at the time it wasn't available anywhere on this planet(although I am sure she even tried looking for that model on other planets also). All of a sudden out of no where, months later she called me to let me know that they had the exact model I was looking for in stock. She did everything possible to help me feel comfortable once I got to the dealership. Nothing she said to me about the car was to benefit her or the dealership she was honest about everything and you can tell she cared more about my needs and concerns more than she cared about making the sell like most sales people. She went above and beyond to help me get on the road with my brand new 2015 Honda Civic Si Sedan....Thank You so much for everything you did for me Kaylin I would never go to anyone but her ever again when it comes to buying a car!
