Jeff was very informative when it came to pointing out all the cool features my Accord came with and, we had entertaining conversation while waiting for the finance office. As part of the deal, Hendrick Honda threw in some window tint installation and Jeff made sure this promise was fulfilled and, he even made sure I had a similar Accord loaner vehicle to drive while the tint was being installed. I initially had contact with Anthony Douglas, the Internet Sales Manager and when I got to the dealership I met the Sales Manager Mark and he referred me to Christie who was a wonderful help! They all did a wonderful job listening as I explained to them the situation with my current vehicle and also what I was looking for. No haggling, no pressure tactics, and they certainly didn't waste my time keeping me at dealership for hours with any kind of run around. I drove all the way from Tampa because of the quality of service and I'll be driving to Hendrick for my vehicle service needs as well. We have bought several Hondas and loved all of them. All were kept 10 or more years and all had way over 100k miles. All were serviced at Hendrick Honda. We have never had a problem and will continue to deal with them throughout the life of our cars. Our latest purchase a 2017 Honda Odyssey was a surprisingly pleasant event. Our salesman Michal Knight was very professional and knowledgeable, while keeping us feeling at ease throughout the process. It would be nice if you could buy a car like you would buy a pair of socks, but until that time, it’s great to know that Hendricks has a wonderful sales and service staff to work with. More
