Painless Car Buying and Superior Service I was first introduced to Mike King in Sales. I had done my homework and had a budget in mind, and he very efficiently helped me select the perfect SU I was first introduced to Mike King in Sales. Before leaving with my brand new vehicle, he made sure I knew the basics of the new technology and features. He also paired my IPhone with the SUV and got all my contacts set up for voice calling on that first day. I have been back to the dealership several times for routine maintenance (which there is little of) or for questions. ALWAYS, I am greeted by staff outside to direct me. When I purchased a new cell phone, I simply stopped in at the dealership and was immediately taken to Mike. He came to my car and totally got me set up "again". AND before I left he noticed I needed a vacuuming job, so he had me drive around to that area and HE vacumned for me!! Now, really.............who does that? A winning smile and friendly attitude, along with knowledge of product and a knack for 'service with a smile" will have me continuing to recommend Mike and Hendrick. (My brother bought one too....) Our dream car was a 2018 CR-V EX black interior and exterior. I talked to Kaci Self who works in service and recommended Hendrick Honda because it was the best deal in town. She was right! They had our CR-V in stock with extra accessories already installed! I called Melissa Richardson and asked her for the best, reasonable price after the research that we had done and she gave us an even deal! Randy Tunning was our salesman who showed us every detail about the vehicle. Things we were never told about at the other dealerships! Chris Keith was great helping us finish the deal and helping us get everything we wanted! What was usually a stressful experience was actually fun! We also came back to get extra accessories installed and Levi Dillard was so helpful with the process and a vehicle to use over night!
