But my experience at your Honda in Bradenton was the best service I have ever received. Bob was kind, calming, and very much relaxing. I really was crying with sooo much anxiety I just wanted to run. When I walked thru your door, then breaking down, I could not have asked for a better human being to care for me. Can’t stress that enough. He truly cared and helped me get thru this. And passed down some positive healthy advice. At one time in my life back in MI where I’m from, I was a sales lady selling Jaguars. So I get it and how important this feedback is. Easiest car purchase ever! The sale of my 2018 CRV was done over the phone and texting. The price was in the fair range of my research. I put a deposit on my credit card over the phone. The car was ready on the day I picked it up. Everyone introduced themselves and their part in the process. I was able to leave my leased vehicle there and drive home in my new CRV.
