Good Dealership; Horrible Sales Person I came into the dealership looking to buy a used car and test drove a couple then decided a new car was the way to go. After driving 2 used cars (whi I came into the dealership looking to buy a used car and test drove a couple then decided a new car was the way to go. After driving 2 used cars (which Randy had to retrieve somewhere in the lot) I said i would like to drive a new one. At this point Randy said "I've spent a lot of time moving cars around; are you serious or not?" I've bought a lot of cars in my time and never have I encountered the rudeness I experienced with Randy. At that point I responded and said if you don't want to help us I'll go somewhere else. From that point on randy was rude and very unhelpful. I actually should have asked for a different sales person by my fault for not doing so. I won't get into the details of his inept negotiations, but to make a long story short, I bought a new car and got it for exactly what I wanted (no help from Randy but rather from the new car manager). Had the car a couple months now and not one single phone call from Randy asking about the car. Hmmm real class with this guy. Maybe he just had a bad day on the day I was there; maybe we just didn't click; or maybe he's just not that good of a sales person. Obviously others that have reviewed him gave good feedback so he must have done something right with them. Never met the man before that day and I can guarantee I will never go back there to talk to him again. I can't remember the finance guy or the new car manager I worked with but they were fine to deal with. More
