3 hour wait for oil change and alignment even though I had an appointment. Advisor did not explain any of the services and took a personal call during consultation. If Honda wants to be a high quality dealership, they would have these expectations of their advisors. The advisor also began eating lunch at the end of service when I was paying the bill. Not a horrible experience but could be more professional and faster, at the least. More
