John called me on Memorial day knowing I needed to work the next day and gave me a nice loaner vehicle. Assuring a smooth return to work the next day. I thought we had transmission issues, but when we found out that it could be fixed and within a reasonable price Kerrie MorningStar was wonderful help our sales guy did a great job and he’s had a lot of respect for us and allowed us to make the decision on her own without a lot of pressure really enjoyed being able to make our decision without a lot of pressure from both sides but we were given all the information we needed it was a good situation that really could’ve been a bad situation. Lease CRV Friendly,helpful and professional sales team. Was expecting less of a beating in price. However do feel that I was treated respectfully. The dealership appeared limited in ability to offer me (a valued and repeat customer) any budgetary incentives. This seemed to be related to the current Honda finance structure. My lease was due and because Honda was not "moving" the model that was comparable to my previously leased CRV, at this time I was somewhat forced into a higher priced lease than was truly expected. Also it occurs to me that the funds applied on the previous lease to cover excessive wear and tear could/should be credited for loyal customers with perfect payment history that are renewing a lease and returning a previous lease in excellent condition with only 12,476 miles. A little imagination would go a long way towards upgrading your VIP treatment. More
