Wonderful service I was looking to get into a new vehicle as my lease was expiring. I'm a musician and had an idea of what I wanted. Being pretty busy I couldn't do much conversing over the phone, and Hendrick Honda was super accommodating of that. Melissa was really nice and handled talking to me over e-mail and text, and when I came in to visit she helped me pick out a car. I was in and out within a few hours. I also want to say Taylor who did the financial aspect of things was also really awesome and I really enjoyed working with him, too! I really am glad I went this route. I love the Fit I got and will continue working with these guys. More

Dead battery and scary warning messages I tried to start our 2018 Accord EXL yesterday morning and the dash lit up with all sorts of warning messages telling me it was unsafe to drive the ca I tried to start our 2018 Accord EXL yesterday morning and the dash lit up with all sorts of warning messages telling me it was unsafe to drive the car. Called Hendricks Honda and talked to a service tech who told me it was most likely a weak battery. I was instructed to call roadside assistance and to drive the car over to the dealership. I had no appointment but they tested the battery and confirmed it was weak and installed a new one and as a bonus they washed the car! In about an hour I was on my way home. My experience with the Hendricks Honda service department was awesome! More
