John was very helpful in a very stressful situation he text me the aaa number when I didnt have a pen he had me call him back to let him know when AAA would be there and Hendrick Honda had to keep my car text me the aaa number when I didnt have a pen he had me call him back to let him know when AAA would be there and Hendrick Honda had to keep my car for the night but had it back to me early the next morning thank you More

Call on the spur of the moment was able to get me in at 3 PM then I was able to get there an hour early and they were still able to take care of me however they did not have a loaner it was going to take 2 1 PM then I was able to get there an hour early and they were still able to take care of me however they did not have a loaner it was going to take 2 1/2 to 3 hours for the work so had to have my girlfriend come More
