I came in for an oil change but ended up getting two other services that the representative said Honda recommended. They said these services would be listed in the owner’s manual, but they were not. In other services that the representative said Honda recommended. They said these services would be listed in the owner’s manual, but they were not. In fact, very few routine maintenance services are recommended in the manual, so I’m basically at the dealership’s mercy. So instead of paying $27 for the oil change I paid over $300 for everything. Probably will not be going back to this dealership and my next car may not be a Honda. The representatives were overly friendly, making me doubt their sincerity. When I first drove off after the work was done, the was a strong odor of engine oil in the cabin, meaning some oil was likely spilled on parts of my engine during the oil change. More

I had to bring my 2019 Pilot in due to a recall. I was told it would take 3 hours. I bought this car at Hendricks Honda but was told they would not give me a loaner. A friend picked me up and dropped me o told it would take 3 hours. I bought this car at Hendricks Honda but was told they would not give me a loaner. A friend picked me up and dropped me off 5 hours later. My car was not ready. Lenny Goldman told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Obviously, my time is not important to Hendricks Honda. More
